My 4-step fatloss framework is designed to operate in 'days,' meaning that each day of the program builds on the previous one.
The more consecutive days you complete, the faster you’ll progress through the program and the faster you will see results.
However, we understand that life can get busy. If you’re not able to complete “days” back-to-back, that’s perfectly okay!
You won’t lose any progress—taking breaks between “days” just means that it will take a bit longer to finish the program and reach your goals.
The key is consistency over time. Whether you complete the program quickly or at your own pace, what matters most is that you’re continuing to move forward.
The timeline is flexible and adaptable to your needs—your success will come as long as you stay committed.
